Workshop Cancellations

We understand that plans change. Our workshop cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both participants and our studio operations.

• More than 48 hours before: Full refund of workshop fee
• 24-48 hours before: 50% refund or full credit toward future workshop
• Less than 24 hours: No refund; credit for future workshop may be available
• No-show: No refund or credit

How to Cancel

To cancel a workshop registration, please contact us by email or phone with your registration details. Cancellation time is determined by when we receive your notice, not when it is sent.

Workshop Transfers

If you cannot attend your scheduled workshop, you may transfer your registration to another person at no additional charge. Please notify us of the transfer at least 24 hours in advance with the new participant's information.

Rescheduling

Subject to availability, you may reschedule your workshop registration to a different date. Rescheduling requests made more than 48 hours before the original session have no additional fees. Requests within 48 hours may incur a rescheduling fee.

Material Purchases

For textile materials purchased from our studio:

• Unused materials in original condition may be returned within 14 days for full refund
• Opened or used materials cannot be returned for hygiene and quality reasons
• Defective materials will be replaced or refunded at any time
• Custom orders and cut yardage are non-refundable

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Credit card refunds may take additional time to appear on your statement depending on your financial institution.

Studio Cancellations

In the rare event that Divisionstockea must cancel a workshop due to instructor illness, insufficient enrollment, or other circumstances, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another session.

We review special circumstances on a case-by-case basis. If you have an emergency or unusual situation, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
